Sensorless AC Motor Vector Control VFD Drive for Vibration Feeders

Vibration Feeders are designed to move large volumes of bulk materials at either fixed or variable feed rates. The long stroke and the low frequency of these feeders make them ideal for handling a variety of materials such as coal, coke, rock, sand, and chemicals in sizes from large lumps to fine grains. The feeder typically uses the vibratory action developed by a motor driven eccentric shaft and two-mass coil springs.

1. Speed input-Take running speed of the motor as the control objective

Speed input consists of the main speed input, auxiliary speed input and inching speed input, etc. The actual effective combined speed input can be either of the three or the combination of either of the two.

Set output torque of the motor directly, particularly suited to application fields requiring tension control.
